What is Talent Development Coaching(tm)?

A series of regularly scheduled coaching sessions, customized for your valued employee and delivered by phone.  Beginning with a full assessment of the employee's current talents for performance, each session focuses on supporting the achievement of specific job-related goals that enhance job performance and organization growth.  Specific goals are identified and agreed upon by the employee's manager, the employee and the coach.  Sample target areas are:

TEAMWORK - GOAL ACHIEVEMENT -  PLANNING AND ORGANIZING

Through demonstrated PROOF of increased employee effectiveness on the job.  Each month the coach and top management discuss real improvements observed on the job, by both coworkers and management.
